A non-bloggery day today. I will shortly be travelling up the M4 to meet daughter No. 2. We will be joined by daughter No. 1, and we will spend the day together in merriment and jollity, followed by a meal on Dad (I suspect) and a late return to Nowhere Towers.

A quiet drive up through the rain, met No.2 at her flat, No. 1 arrived with LTP, cups of tea, a walk round the city with a visit to an Art Gallery and a cathedral, a pint in a waterside pub, a decent meal, and a drive home through, yes, more rain. Both daughters texted me to say they were home safe, as did I. As you observe elsewhere, all normal, utterly normal, and I thank God for it.
