On the Road

A non-bloggery day today. I will shortly be travelling up the M4 to meet daughter No. 2. We will be joined by daughter No. 1, and we will spend the day together in merriment and jollity, followed by a meal on Dad (I suspect) and a late return to Nowhere Towers.

Play nicely.

  1. Have a goody and thank you for your comment about families. I have replied in kind.

  2. I had a great day. A quiet drive up through the rain, met No.2 at her flat, No. 1 arrived with LTP, cups of tea, a walk round the city with a visit to an Art Gallery and a cathedral, a pint in a waterside pub, a decent meal, and a drive home through, yes, more rain. Both daughters texted me to say they were home safe, as did I. As you observe elsewhere, all normal, utterly normal, and I thank God for it.

Comment is free, according to C P Scott, so go for it. Word verification is turned off for the time being. Play nicely.
