ReplyDeleteThe only job with significant responsibility which requires no specific qualifications or experience.
The only job which no matter how badly it's executed, the incumbent cannot be sacked.
Probably one of the very few jobs in which proven fiddlers can walk-away from, with a fistful of monetary benefits given by the taxpayer.
